Yummies, the parent company behind Scoops and Mr. Jollof, has officially launched its Associates Monthly Awards Program across all outlets in Makurdi and Gboko as part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, food safety, and customer satisfaction. The initiative was created to recognize and reward associates who consistently demonstrate the core values that define the Yummies experience: speed, hospitality, cleanliness, food safety, teamwork, and overall performance.<\/p>\n

According to management, the awards program is designed not only to celebrate outstanding team members but also to strengthen the company\u2019s culture of excellence and improve customer experience across all locations.<\/p>\n

The monthly recognition categories include:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Speeder of the Month<\/h3>\n

Awarded to associates who demonstrate exceptional speed, efficiency, consistency, and energy while serving customers.<\/p>\n

2. Smile of the Month<\/h3>\n

Recognizing associates who embody warmth, positivity, hospitality, and excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

3. Sparkler of the Month<\/h3>\n

Celebrating associates who uphold outstanding standards in food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and healthy work environments.<\/p>\n

4. Associate of the Month<\/h3>\n

Presented to associates who demonstrate overall excellence through leadership, reliability, teamwork, professionalism, and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the launch of the initiative, Yummies management stated, \u201cAt Yummies, we believe great customer experiences begin with empowered and motivated associates. These awards reflect our commitment to building a culture where excellence is recognized, celebrated, and continuously improved.\u201d The company also noted that winners will be selected through a collaborative process involving leadership, fellow associates, and customer feedback to ensure transparency and fairness in recognition.<\/p>\n
